Re: What is your perfect size?

I think my face looks best when I'm around 105, but at that weight my body looks emaciated. I look good at around 115, which is a size 4-6 for me.

Re: What is your perfect size?

I am a size 2/4 (depends on the store!) I used to be a size 0 in high school but that will never happen again and I looks a bit too gangly anyway so I prefer to stay where I am now! It is hard work but I can usually keep within 5 pounds of my happy/goal weight.

Congratulations on going from a 32 to a 16/18 & for being the first on the thread to admit to being in the double digits!
Being a 14 is great (after being larger) b/c you can shop in most regular stores--I am actually on my way out of regular stores & trying to prevent that!

Thank you very much!

Re: What is your perfect size?

I've been everything from a 4 to an 18. I'm comfortable with myself in an 8. I'm currently wearing an 8, though after the past couple months (extra Halloween candy, my birthday, Thanksgiving, a vacation, etc), they're feeling pretty snug. Just have to work about 5 lbs off and I'll be back to being comfortable Chat Icon

I am 5'4 1/2
I have been everything from a size 0 to a size 14 in the past few years. I am currently a size 8 loose; 6 tight in jeans. I personally love myself at a size 4 (more toned, of courseChat Icon )

I still need to loose a minimum of 30 lbsChat Icon Chat Icon

Re: What is your perfect size?

4. But I think I might end up being a 6 for life now, since I had the baby. A real pain in the azz cuz it means I have to buy a new wardrobe. I can kinda still fit into my old clothes...but I don't find it comfortable.

I am happiest at a size 6.

Currently I am a 8 ... but a tight 8 in most jeans and bordering a 10.

A 6 is where I feel best and am able to maintain.

Less than a 6 I would not be able to maintain and for *me* is too thin (I am 5'7")

Same here! I could have written this myself!

I did get down to a size 4 but I felt like I wasnt eating much when I was that small, and thats not healthy

Re: What is your perfect size?

I went from an 8 to a 12 after pregnancy.

I have lost some weight within the last couple of months and am now a tight 10.

I would love to see 8 again and work my way down to 6 if possible! Chat Icon

Re: What is your perfect size?

For my body, a 6 is where I am most comfortable (I'm 5'2", and at a size 2 I'd look like a walking skeleton......so it's not JUST about your height)

I'm happy at a size 8 ........

After coming down from an 18 to a 12/14 over the last 3 years, I would be thrilled to be a size 10.

2-4 (depending on the store) I workout constantly and eat very healthy to keep myself within this range!

Re: What is your perfect size?

I had always been a 6 and content with that, but this year after having my second baby I managed to get down to a 4, and I really like it. Definitely plan to stay this size.

Re: What is your perfect size?

I am happy now at 125 but much happier with the way I look at 120lbs. My weekend eating habits and lack of excercise keep me at 125.
