Wine and beer. I have cut out drinking during the week and it has made a difference. It took about 4 weeks to see a difference.

Carbs- cookies, candy, deserts, white rice & white breads...bla
From a nurses standpoint carbs/ sugar have the same effect on the body so they are the same to me. I cut it all out. Only allow rice/ pasta once a week.

I should do this too...I swear my jeans are a little lose today b/c I haven't drank since sunday
