what's for dinner tonight, 10/23?
I have NO idea what I want. I defrosted chicken but I'm not sure if I feel like cooking it.

I was going to make Clam Chowder and serve with salad and bread.. but I promised the boys a night out if they each got perfect scores on their spelling tests. They win. I guess we are heading to Ruby Tuesday's or Cricket's for supper. Which means Avocado Quesadilla and a salad OR a Reuben for me tonight.
ETA: I vote you make chicken quesadilla with the chicken.. it's quick and easy! ORRRRRRR come to supper with us if you are on the Island!

I told my husband I was doing my non-Top-Chef version of "Pigs & Pinot": pork chops with mac&cheese and broccoli...and a bottle of pinot noir....
