Help with morning sickness...
I have been  all day...due to M/S...I was told that ginger helps....So I went into a health food store and bought...ginger chips... fresh ginger dehydrated sprinkled with abit of sugar...and today was the first day that I didnt barf!

I wish I could do that, I have been barfing all weekend But with the diabetes no sugar for me. I have found that sugar free lemonade is helping a little bit!
