Went shopping for new clothes
i used some of my gift cards from my b-day to replinish my closet. i had to give clothes away since it was too big. my slacks werea little roomy in the waste. so for the heck of it i tried a size smaller. i almost screamed in the dressing room...they fit i haven't worn this size in over 20 yrs

yes it is. people notice more the weight loss since the clothes fit better. my parents will be up from florida on saturday. they haven't seen me since last yr. wait till they see the difference. i'll be seeing other family members next weekend at my cousin's wedding
