Quick Question
Pookie has a little flat basket that she always liked to lay in with a towel or blankie. That was her basket. When she came home from the hospital in August, my mom got her a little soft pink kitty bed. She's been laying in that mostly in past 5 weeks. DH wants her to be comfy and one of those go in with her. I don't know which one I'd rather have. Her basket, which is what she always laid in before she was sick and has "better" non-sick memories, or her pink bed, which although really only has memories of her being sick, since it's pillowy material, it smells like her right now. I don't know which one I shoudl hang on to. I need to decide fast.
Thanks

Re: Quick Question
I personally would keep the one without the sick memories. It might be more pleasant for you to remmeber her that way in the future. I didn't want to remember my kitty as she was those last few days- as time passes the happy memories are going to take over for the horrible ones- I promise.
The smell of her on the pink bed will fade over time anyway...
That is just what I would do...
