Thanks girls. I'm not functioning too well right now. I was most likely going to take today off because I think I'm getting the flu - yes - at six months pg. So, I'm home, feverish, and breaking down every minute. DH and I need to go get her in a few. We decided we wanted to bring her home and conduct our own burial. DH just broke down when he was telling me what he wanted to do.
Yes, even if you weren't sick I would have said you should stay stay home. This is not a day to be at work. I couldn't even imagine going to work the day it happened to me. What you just said about your DH breaking down had me in tears because I remember that seeing my DH break down put me over the edge even worse. He is always the strong one and he RARELY cries and seeing that just set me off even harder. Just lean on each other for now...good luck with everything.
