Re: Pulled Pork?
I buy a pork end, put it in the crock pot with a bottle of my favorite bbq sauce. Cook on low for 8 or so hours. Not precise at all and it comes out GREAT. Around the 6th hour I take a spoon to it and it implodes because it is so soft.

Re: Pulled Pork?
I put in the crock pot w/a jar of saucy susan. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Then I shred and add my favorite bbq sauce.
My neighbor makes a delicious cuban sandwich with his after it's shredded OMG Delish. I'm trying to get the recipe from him but he's holding out.

Re: Pulled Pork?
McCormic has a season packet for pulled pork in the slow cooker.
You need to add a few ingredients - vinigar, sugar and ketchup I think - just check the packet while in the store.

Re: Pulled Pork?
I usually cook mine in the slow cooker in a sort of brine, water, vinegar, onions, peppercorns for like 10 hours, then I shred it and warm it through with BBQ Sauce.

Re: Pulled Pork?
I don't eat pork, so DH & Made pulled chicken last year. It was amazing. I have the recipe at home if anyone wants it..it's a crockpot recipe too and if I remember correctly, it's very easy!

loin or shoulder...whatever is on sale...you cook the heck out of it for hours, so no matter the cut...it's always tender!!

Re: Pulled Pork?
What do you make with pulled pork?
Do you just put in on a hamburger bun?

Re: Pulled Pork?
I make some coleslaw and if you want you can put it ON the bun with the pulled pork or just it eat it on the side.
I like to use Stubb's BBQ sauce and I put garlic, salt, pepper and onion powder on the pork when I cook it. Or sometimes a pack of adobo seasoning.
