I wouldn't wear them. pregnant or not. Something about the entire shoe looks off to me.

If you can were then while PG, why not!
I could not wear heels past 10 wks PG. It was hurting my knees and low back.

I wouldn't wear them not pregant!
Nothing against the shoes- they do look nice and all- but I'm 5 9 barefoot so forget it in those.
And my height aside, those look like they'd be KILLER on the feet.
I've had way too many foot problems recently and my podiatrist flips out about shoes like this....
