Chicken Cutlets
I was hoping someone could give me a yummy chicken cutlet recipe I want to change it up a bit instead of plain breaded chicken cutlets!
TIA

Re: Chicken Cutlets
Take chicken cutlets dip in beaten eggs, coat in corn flake crumbs, spray pan w/ Pam or non stick spray, add a liberal amount of duck sauce and bake till cooked thru. This can be used on pork chops too. So good!

I've dipped them in ranch dressing instead of eggs and coated with breadcrumbs and then fried..

I have done something similar but instead used mayo and then dipped in breadcrumbs

Re: Chicken Cutlets
I double dip em..
I first make sure they are dried thoroughly. Salt and pepper them on both sides.
Dredge in seasoned flour first, then seasoned beaten eggs, then seasoned panko crumbs.
I fry them in Canola or Olive oil.

Re: Chicken Cutlets
I dip them into hot sauce and then bread crumbs....so good. It's like a chicken wing without the bone & mess
I also coat them with coconut instead of bread crumbs.

Re: Chicken Cutlets
Sometimes I make the chicken tenders - you could use the breasts and slice them into strips - bread and then bake
Then I put out a bunch of different sauces - honey mustard, bbq, honey, ranch, sweet chili, honey, hot sauce, etc.
DH and I dip away like kids
Tonight I made chicken and spagetti I sauteed chopped onions and garlic over olive oil. Then I put in chopped up chicken breast and sprinked with salt and pepper. Once the chicken was browned and the onions were translucent, I just threw on some jarred sauce (happened to be sweet pepper flavor). I added some additional oregano and basil and simmered. Then topped with parm cheese and mixed in the spagetti cooked al dente - it was really good and very easy, just jazzing up the jarred sauce
