I freakin hate Kraupners!!!! UPDATE
Remember my whole $12k meds debacle???? And the end result was they told me to return the unused meds and they would credit my ins company....so that would help put money back toward my $20k lifetime IF max. I sent the meds back last week and now they're saying its passed the 30 day mark and they cant credit my ins company. I only got the meds on 8/6 so it hasnt even been 30 days yet!!!! I'm so ***** ticked off right now. I just dont need this!!!!!!!
I dont know who Dr. B spoke to or how he did it but Kraupners just called me twice to tell me they are crediting my insurance the full amount for the meds I returned!!!!!

Did you speak to someone there to point out the 30 day deal? I think you need to call and demand to speak to a supervisor. I can't believe they are giving you such a hard time!!

Geez....like u don't have enough stress already. Can you call Dr. B's office and see if they can help? Can u try calling the insurance company? I would call back and tell them that you must speak with a supervisor immediately.

i am furious for you!! you need to keep calling them and harrass them if you have to.. to get a darn supervisor on the phone!!
demand some answers... like you said it hasnt even been 30 days!! W T F
and call dr. b too.. i am sure he can maybe put in a call to them too.. i would hope so at least!

thats absolutly insane. If they rcved it b4 the 30 day mark why are they giving u a hard time?????? I would keep calling and calling and irritating the hell out of them until i get a supervisor. I would even go as far as recording it and letting them know u are recording the convo.
Im really sorry u are stressing over this.. its so unnecessary
