Sausage & Peppers question
We are having a BBQ for DD's B-day and one of my make ahead things is a tray of Sausage & Peppers & Onions. When I make it for us for dinner I cut the sausages into slices.
Do you think I should leave them whole or slice them up for serving to a large group?

If we're doing rolls (for Sausage and pepper sandwiches), then I slice them, but if I'm serving them as a side dish, I would maybe just cut each one in half.

I always slice them. I think when making for a large group, they tend to go further.

I would slice them. The slices will go farther and I think they are easier to eat.
