Anyone work out outside in this heat?
I haven't in like a week aside from a pilates show I had on DVR. I miss my gym.

I am amzed at anyone that can. I saw someone running the other day at noon and I started sweating just looking at them.

My boss & I walk during out lunch break. The heat is crazy but she is trying to lose weight for her wedding. the hotter it is the closer we stay to our building.
ETA: we bring a change of clothes.
I also run in the mornings around 630 or 645 am & sometimes it hot out already!

I try to get out before 7am. today I was out at 6:20 and it was already 76 degrees!! on days like this week I can't even do early evening (7 pm)
the humidity should break saturday night.

I think back to last summer and I was running at 2 pm.  The past few days, I've been going after 7 pm and it's hot but okay. I wanted to go out today but I'm actually getting heat headaches, so I'm skipping today.

I've been running outside everyday and it is definitely brutal. I make sure to be hydrated and try to plan my runs so I pass the water fountain around the half way point. I have been going earlier than usual (8 am), but it is still so hot. I am looking forward to this heat wave breaking.

nope if I am dripping sweat before I even walk out the door, I just don't want to work out. I've been going at 9 at night to avoid the sun.

I run outside a few days a week...i don't belong to a gym or have a treadmill...and have an agility test coming up for work...so i have no choice...try to get out before it's super hot.

I'm still running 3-4 days a week, but it is brutal at times. I try to be finished with my run before 9am. I honestly have never sweat so much in my life but I love it lol! Can't wait for a break from this heat though!

I go running on the boardwalk in Long beach most mornings....it's ok as long as I go before 9am
there is normally a breeze

I have been running outside, but I have been waiting until about 6:30, then it's a little more bearable. I went this morning at 8 and it was disgusting out already...ick.

I ran 16.5 miles in the heat and humidity last week and wanted to die. I left at 6:30am - it was hard.
The whole rest of the week I ran on the treadmill...this week seems coolers so I will try going back outside!

I start feeling sick if I do anything too physical when it's super hot.
I will get dizzy and nauseous etc...
For me, it's not good at all...
