i never used them but a friend did for carpet but they had a bad experience with the guy that came to the house, not the actually company.....
if you are think hardwood floors we just did ours....FM me if you would like more info

We just had them put down laminate in our apt. They did a fantastic job with the installation, and I have no complaints about that. Their clean-up job left a bit to be desired, though.

We had them come over for a consult. We found they were asking double the money what other places charged us. Also, the woman who came over was very aggressive.

We had the same experience...their price at 50% off was double what we paid elsewhere & their in-home rep was a pushy jerk...

didn't use them because they were unbelievably overpriced. more than double what we paid an independent company!

totally agree! i actually wrote a post the other day with a recommendation, this was my post:
"Anthony's Custom Carpets is the name of the company and he's based out of Ronkonkoma....he just finished my basement and it came out awesome!
awesome to work with, GREAT prices (1/3 of the price that Empire carpet quoted me), fast work (they were done with my whole basement in 2hrs)

I know someone who used to work for them. The mark up is extremely high so be sure to really negotiate down.

I used them for carpets. They were fast and good. There prices were MUCH higher then Lowes/HD. I told them what I got quoted from those places and they matched it!!
