Econo Lodge in Hicksville?
Anybody use this motel recently? Located on Old Country Rd by Wantah pkwy.
Any reviews/feedback?

my friend had two girls from out-of-town stay there last year and they did not like it. the area is very busy (super busy intersection and lots of trucks in that area). i don't know what they thought of the hotel itself but they didn't like the area (i work right there so i understood  )

I've never stayed there, but when I went to Hofstra one of the students there killed someone else in that motel!!!
I always get the creeps whenever I go past.

We had an auditor stay there last year & he said it was horrendous. He is in town now doing work for us & changed his reservations last minute bc he did not want to stay there again
