Port Washington...
Wasn't exactly sure what board to post this on....
My college friend and her husband have been invited to a wedding in Port Washington in October. She has no idea where to stay and asked me for advice. Since I'm not from LI, I couldn't offer much advice, so I'm hoping some of you could help.
Anything within a 20-30 minute radius of Port Washington would be recommended. She doesn't want to get too far away since she's not from LI.

There arent a whole lot of hotels in that area, but you could start with these that arent too far:
Glen Cove Mansion
Inn at Great Neck
Roslyn Claremont

I agree with the Roslyn Claremont. My wedding guests stayed there and had nothing but good things to say about it.
