It is the Americana so most people definitely dress though you don't have to. Personally, I am not a big fan of Toku. I prefer Cippolini which is on the other side of the shopping center.

We loved it..
I would say if you are going on a Sat night I would not go casual-- no sweats- t-shirts or shorts..
I would wear what you would wear if you went out to a Reastaurant in Manhattan... My usual- Black pants and a nice shirt..
