medicated or unmedicated?
Here's how my medicated cycle went:
2/18: Got AF 2/19: Started BCP 3/2: Baseline U/S, Start 10 units Lupron 3/4: Last BCP 3/16: suppression check, start Estrace 2x/day and Baby aspirin 1x/day. Decrease Lurpon to 5 units/day. 3/25: lining check 3/29: last lupron 4/1: start progesterone supps 1x/day 4/2: Increase progesterone supps to 3x/day, start doxycycline 2x/day 4/6: Transfer

That's for a medicated cycle though... some REs prefer unmedicated which would be shorter, but mine (even though I ovulate on my own) prefers medicated so that we can control everything - i was actually able to pick my exact transfer date!
