Pictures
How did you narrow down the pictures for your albums? I have narrowed it down to 248 out of over 650. I don't know what to do I love them all!

no idea im coming up on my 1 yr and havent even attepted i have about 3000 pictures and they are on CDs (no proofs) i just dont know where to begin

i considered printing them but i need the picture number in order to tell them qhich pics i want to use. if i print them up the photo numbber doesnt come up

well that's a good start, at least you took out over half of them! take a break from your pictures and then go back in a week or so, so your mind is fresh and look at them again. I wound up going over by 24 pictures for my album. it was hard getting it down to the 99 I chose too. You eventually just have to say do I REALLY need this picture in the album? Remember you have the proofs that you can always look at, so it's not like you'll lose the picture. I wound up asking my mom for help too b/c DH wasn't really that interested unless I neede help between 2 or 3. good luck!!

Try to put them in order. SInce you only need a few for each event, this will help you figure out when your pics were taken. Then pick the best pic from each period of your wedding.

I had the same problem. It was torture. I had over 2000 proofs and was told to pick 100. Little by little I would eliminate. Then I had my mom and dad over 2 nights in a row to help me out (DH was afraid to help me cuz I was a little crazed  ) I got it down to 125 or something like that and then I just couldn't do it anymore. I ended up paying for the extra pictures. I haven't seen my mock up yet but I'm sure I will be happy with my choices.
Do you get to keep your proofs on a cd? At least then you can always make up your own album on shutterfly, kodakgallery, etc. for MUCH cheaper

650?? We have 980. This is going to be tedious! 
I say just get a few albums and include them all!!!! Honestly it's just so hard to choose! I have no advice, as I am having the same issues!
