Re: where to eat in WDW?

i enjoyed the crystal palace... probably because i LOVE pooh.

Cinderella's Table (in the castle is great) for the atmoshpere, but a bit pricey.

We loved Boma (Wilderness Resort) and Ohana (in Polynesian Resort). The food at both places was awesome and unique.

Re: where to eat in WDW?

O'hana is my favorite, but here are a few more really good ones!

Teppan Edo (Epcot / Japan)
Tutto Italia (Epcot / Italy)
Yachtsman Steakhouse (Yacht Club)
California Grill (Contemporary)

Liberty Tree can be hit or miss, though I've always had good luck there. I was just disappointed when the character dining ended.

Good Luck!

Shula's (Dolphin Hotel)
House of Blues (Downtown Disney)
Portabellos (Downtown Disney)
Coral Reef (Epcot)
Sci Fi Drive in (Hollywood Studios)
Beaches & Cream (Beach Club)

I heard good things about Raglan Road.

For something quick, Earl of Sandwich is very good.

Tutto Italia (EPCOT)
California Grill (Contemporary)
Narcoossee's (Grand Floridian)
Citrico's (Grand Floridian)
Boma (Animal Kingdom Lodge - good buffet breakfast)
Crystal Palace (I like the breakfast)
Kona Cafe (Polynesian - my parents love the breakfast there)

May I ask who you are going with? It is strictly adults or kids also?

Stop at Main Street Bakeshop for some snacks in the Magic Kingdom - I LOVE the tollhouse cookie ice cream sandwich - it's huge though!!!!

ETA: If going with kids, Whispering Canyon Cafe (Wilderness Lodge) is fun.

Check out this site - pretty much all of the menus for every restaurant in Disney are on here...

Yes, unfortunately. I was able to get in the evening before the final character meal, back in January. I sure will miss it!

Chef Mickeys at the contemporary has Chef Mickey, Minnie, Chip, Dale & Chef Goofy. They serve breakfast & dinner.

Cape May Cafe at the beach club has a nice character breakfast w/ Goofy, Minnie, Chip/Dale

Donald's Tusker House breakfast (Animal Kingdom) is really good - Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, & Goofy are all there.

Cape May Cafe (mentioned above) has a good mix of characters...

Here's a link that tells you which characters are at which restaurants...

The Beach club is near the back entrance of EPCOT - not on the monorail. The easiet way there via disney transportation is to take a bus to hollywood studios then the boat to the beach club.

ps...they don't have chip & dale at their breakfast anymore.

Re: where to eat in WDW?

If you do the Beach club, I would do it on an EPCOT day and just walk there. Have dessert at Beaches and Cream.

My faves are California Grill and Le Cellier. Had Brown Derby for the first time this past trip - it was really good.

I have heard that The Wave is very good too.

My cousins have done Mickey's Backyard BBQ at Fort Wilderness and they loved it!

Check out the website allearsnet.com. You can look at the menus and reviews of different restaurants.

Re: where to eat in WDW?

DH and I absolutely loved the Moroccan restaurant and the Italian restaurant in Epcot.

We went to the more casual of the two French restaurants. It was ok -- I hear the more upscale one is GREAT.

We wanted to get into Tappan Edo (heard it is great fun for kids to see the cooking and the food is yummy) and the Canadian restaurant in Epcot -- both were totally booked

My nephews really loved the dinosaur restaurant in Downtown Disney

DH and I ate dinner at the Irish rest in Downtown Disney and loved it. They also had a really good band playing -- so that was fun
