I'm new here
Hi! I'm Jennifer and my daughter is Gianna. She is 17 months and my first. Just wanted to know what a typical day is like for anyone who stays home with a baby around her age. Thanks.

Hi! Just wanted to welcome you! I have 6 month old twins, and an 8 year old - so I don't really remember what being home with a 17 month old is like!

Welcome! I'm not a SAHM, but I can tell you at 17-20 months a typical day would probably be filled with them throwing themselves on the floor because you just closed the refrigerator & they wanted to do it. It's a myth that terrible 2's start at the age of 2. For me they started much earlier.

Thanks! My daughter is going from 2 naps to 1 nap and I am realizing how much I relyed on that first nap to shower, get dressed and many other things. Now I am a little lost.:

Do you live in my house?  Jack is 18 months and if this is any forshadowing of what the 2's will be like, I'm in for it!
