What's for dinner?
We have not had this post in awhile- I will start
Marinated boneless skinless chicken thighs,reduced fat biscuits, salad.

We had Ravioli with red sauce, turkey sausage, garlic bread made with chopped herbs right from my yard (yay!) and salad made from romaine, arugula, peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers topped with a basil vinaigrette.
What did you marinate your thighs in??

What did you marinate your thighs in??
I marinated in Kens Light Northern Italian dressing and I had terrayaki sauce laying around so I added that too. I usually just put in whatever is laying around in the fridge. Put it in a ziploc and marinate.

last night I made dh grilled cheese and parsely sausage, salad, and cold tortellini tossed in homemade basil pesto. I had scrambled eggs and toast 
tonight...I have NO IDEA. heartburn is a b1tch! hopefully I will think of something, besdies Haagen Dazs brownies ala mode.

Tonight, I am making DH hot dogs with sauteed onions and salad with red grapes, pecans, red onions and balsamic. I am having a lean cuisine.

Blue Eye Cod in a soy, ginger, olive oil, garlic and lemon marinade. Served with steamed broccoli.
Tonight:
Salmon and pepper kebabs with roasted asparagus.

last night i made chicken cacciatore in crockpot over rice... chicken thoghs and veggies with a diced tomatoes and a small can of tom sauce .. vegies tender and chix falls off the bone! YUM! tonight i made tacos - the kids love them. Tomorrow im making macaroni and meatballs!
