Got my zumba certification yesterday!
Any questions let me know! Also, I will be scheduling some free classes in the Northport area if you are interested. I'm looking to see how many here are interested in trying it out. Its a sick workout!

It's a dance-based fitness class using international rhythms (mostly Latin) and its a lot of fun!!!

There's a bunch of moms from my kids' school that do that on Thursday nights. I think I am way too uncoordinated for that.

Northport is 20-25 minutes from me, but for a free Zumba class, I might do the drive. Post details when you have them!

Congratulations!
You need to try it. I take it twice a week and I LOVE it!!! It is 2 different instructors so the classes are a little different but I notice that they use the same steps for 3-4 weeks then they might add in a new routine or change the routine.
Liza, I wish I was on LI because I would definitely take your class!!

I live in Seaford and they have it at my gym but I would love to take one of your classes. Northport is about 20 mins away so not too bad as long as it's a weeknight!
