I was just wondering if all those tests he sends you for are covered by most ins. plans? Thanks.

Most of them were covered. I think the DQ something wasn't covered and one other one.
But I think it depends on your insurance.

but the only one that was not entirely covered was the DQ alpha test .

I think everything was but I have amazing insurance. Maybe the DNA fragmentation test cost $150 though.

what extra test does he do that other RE's dont, and do you think you could ask your RE to perform those test or is Braveman one of the only ones who do it?

A lot of other doctors refuse to do them and even if they do it is important that the doctor understands the implications of the results and how to treat any findings. I am not sure if I would trust a doctor who doesn't order these tests to really interpret them accurately and/or make diagnostic impressions based on them.
