Re: From today's NYT
very interesting.
I actually did grow fast, but never stopped- I'm 6', LOL, so probably don't have this. I actually went to an endocronologist as a teen to find out when I would STOP growing!

Re: From today's NYT
I thought it fit me like a T, until I read the short-stature part, as well.
ETA: My grandmother says she was always the tallest one in class and stopped growing at age 11. She's 5'.
I always hoped that would happen to me, but I kept growing throughout my teens and stopped at 5'8".

Funny, me too! Maybe it's a typo! But it is amazing to read all the things that keep geting discovered and can be treated to help fertility issues. Almost makes me wish I was younger and had all these benefits.

Re: From today's NYT
Crap, that's all me. I was 2nd tallest in my class in 6th grade...played basketball, etc. I stopped growing then. I'm 5'4" now. Not a dwarf, but not tall by any means. I'll ask Dr. B if he tested for that. Since I"m on prednisone, would that sorta be the same as being on the dex? hmm..thanks for posting!
