Dr. Braverman Girls

So I was at the office at 9:15 for blood work and was told that I would get a call later today with the results and instructions on what to do depending on what the results were.

Well I haven't gotten a call yet and this is not the 1st time this has happened.

Do other people experience this or I'm the only Dr. B girl who has to e-mail/call in order to get any kind of answers???

Don't get me wrong I LOVE Dr. B but I'm just getting frustrated.

They are definitely less efficient than the previous clinic I was with. However, I decided that I would trade efficiency for more personalized service. I emailed Sandra about a test script they were supposed to give me but never heard back. Honestly, I just figured she forgot to respond. Now I am curious whether this is a common problem with the office....

I havent always gotten call backs before 5pm but he always got back to me....even if it was after 8pm. I guess sometimes they're really backed up. I would call the office now and take down the emergency number left on their voicemail....someone will get back to you.

It wouldn't surprise me if he calls you after hours. I used to get emails at 9pm!

I had a question today for Sandra and I didn't hear back from her so I emailed Judy. I heard back from her right away and I later heard back from Sandra (about 5 pm) and she said she had lots of emails today and was just getting to them then.

If you don't hear back soon, I would email Dr. B (or I have his cell phone if you need it). I have emailed him as late as 11:30 pm and he has always emailed me back right away.

There has only beem 1 occassion where he didn't call me the same day (although some calls were 8:00 or later) and it was not a time of the essence call, but I still got a call first thing the next morning. Also, not sure what e-mail address you have for Sandra but she did tell me last week that her tavress address was giving her trouble. Hope you hear something soon.

I'm glad to know its not just me who has experienced this.

I ended up e-mail Dr. Braverman and I got a phone call 5 mins later.

I love that he gets back to me ASAP but the last time, I waited to e-mail him and when I did get a response it was like he totally forgot the fact that I needed a trigger shot I ended up having to stay up for it delivered at 12am and of course I had work the next day.

Then today I was waiting to hear the results of my pregnancy test, which of course was negative.

I guess I'm just upset because these were 2 instances where these were super important things to me and I feel like I'm a second rate citizen.

I would feel the same exact way. These weren't just 'by the way' results you were waiting for. I really hope the honeymoon isn't over with that office. I think so many of us have started over there, that they might be overwhelmed. Still no excuse.

I left the practice because of Sandra's lack of response. Loved Dr B but Sandra is either overwhelmed or not responsive. I used to leave her messages and not hear back for days and it got very frustrating. Someone should let Dr B know...
