Tracking online
this is the first week i'm tracking online with the e-tools from w.w. i think it. it makes u more aware of your points for the day/week

I use the online tracking too. Love it! So much easier then looking things up in the book.

If you're not using weight watchers, you can also track online using Google Docs. I created a spreadhseet for myself with some formulas and I can keep track of all of my food for the week. If you know the WW Points formula (I do!) then you can add that to the sheet as well! I find it helps because sometimes I think I'm eating within my calorie limit but I've gone over with the snacks. It also helps me track fiber (very important - at least 25 grams!) and sugar intake.
