Excited and nervous!
Our offer was accepted! We are so excited and so nervous at the same time. We are hoping that everything goes smoothly. We'll call the engineer tomorrow to set up inspection and then get the paper work going for the mortgage. I also have to call and tell my realtor b/c it was FSBO and we heard about it by word of mouth. I feel really bad because he took us around a bunch to look at houses and we were close to making an offer with him but this house was the best by far!

VERY NICE!!! We are looking at FSBO as well now if these people ever call me back to make appointments. I am finding them more reasonable then when they list them through a agent. We just drove around areas and took numbers down and check craig list ads.

Thanks!!! It's in Sayville. Just when we thought we saw everything in our price range and were getting ready to open up the search to other towns this one popped up!

I love it!! I wanted Sayville soooo bad! We wound up in West Islip though. Still a good district- just missing the "main street"

For Sale By Owner...we heard about it because their son plays on my nephews baskeball and lax team. Sayville is a small town.
