The outside looks brand new, so I would think those taxes weren't reassesses....what a house!!!

nice house- nice price- great taxes
too bad I would spend my life in the car living out there-
the lot is kind of small- I bet that's why the taxes are so low

.27 is not a small lot. I've seen houses on smaller lots than that and the taxes are $7-$8K

not for where I live in Long Beach- that's huge- but for that far out east I would expect a little more-
