Allrecipes.com - the love the ingredient search feature. You can type in the ingredients you want and don't want & search through recipes that way!

epicurious is great b/c it hosts recipes from many different sources, including cooking mags like Bon Appetit.
I also subscribe to Bon Appetit and Saveur.

Besides many of the above, I also use pillsbury.com, hungry girl's newsletters and spark people.
I also read a few food blogs (like Bakerella and Joy the Baker) that have recipes... I have some bookmarked but haven't made any yet!
