Mood swings after stopping BCP?
Any experience bad mood swings after stopping BCP? I feel like I'm PMSing but I know that's not possible (just had AF). Could it be the hormone adjustment? Anyone else?

I don't remember being moody after stopping BCP, although I was when I started them. After I stopped BCP I gained some weight and my skin broke out really bad. I'm sure that was all related to hormone adjustment. Luckily I am back to normal now. I'm sure it is just your body's hormones adjusting.

i was a friggin mess after stopping bcp!
i felt pms-y, crampy, killer boobs, and nasty headaches. it was not pleasant. that was a few months ago; its pretty much gone now.

Me too. But your body is used to a certain hormone level, its possible that your moods are due to adjusting.

I felt more moody... I cry while watching commercials! I felt better the second cycle. It is just your hormones adjusting.
