We always do an antipasto style picnic: Italian meats & cheese, olives, a baguette, grapes and/or melon, and of course, vino...a cold, crisp white wine or Prosecco.

For an indoor picnic, I would go with a nice bottle of wine, cheese & cracker, maybe a pasta salad with chicken or shrimp and for desert chocolate covered strawberries.

An 'indoor' picnic??? Then I say.... Melted chocolate, strawberries, raspberries, whip cream, cherries.
