OPK question
Ok, so I just started OPKs yesterday, but I didn't have time to do it again this morning. Does it matter if it's the same time every day and can you skip a day? I think it says you need to have not peed in 4 hours...That's almost impossible unless it's first thing!

You definitely need to do it every day - especially if you are testing in the morning.
LH is synthesized in your body during the day, so it shows up in your urine in the afterrnoon.
It's best to test between 2 and 8 pm - the easiest way for me was to figure out what time I got home each evening, then count back 4 hours and make that my last time to pee at work.
When you only test in the morning, you're likely to miss your initial afternoon/night surge and then you'll probably miss that important night to BD.

Thanks! I know I have read on the boards before about the 2-8pm window, but I could've swore the OPK said first pee. Either way, I did it yesterday at 5ish and will continue to do the same. I'll have to be more conscious about when I pee each day, LOL!
