I was!! I was on News 12 when I was in 4th grade, and for my wedding with "Whose Wedding Is It Anyway" last year.

Yes-I was in a commercial for a salon in St.James where I used to get my hair done (Pat's Place)-it was a cheesey commercial on channel 55 though-nothing big

Yes...I was in an opening segement for the Ricki Lake Show - audience shot for the Tempeset show and I was on the Mickey Mouse Club or MMC - I had three close up shots and four audience shots...

Yes...when I was 4 I was in a ballet class and our group was on TV (in PR). I was soooo lost and had no idea what I was doing, so I was on mostly for comic relief!!

oh yeah- the Richard Bey show!! remember him. every reaction i had was caught on camera by the cameraman. I even asked a question... god i was such a dork

bench and I had no clue my friend called me
on my cell phone to tell me.

I was on Roomper Room for a week whan I was a kid. I have done various promotional events (TV commercials, tv interviews, radio etc) for shows that I have been in.

I was in the audience of Sally Jesse Raphael.
I was also on TV a lot for my old job. It was a very interesting company so we were on the news alot. I was even on the Today show for that.

Yes...First when I was in elementary school and did competitive gymnastics...In college I was interviewed about a pumpkin on top of the bell tower...And when I worked in the White House I was on frequently because I arranged State Dinners and the NATO 50th anniversary summit. CNN was always out front and taping footage. And I was in the audience of Burden of Proof four times. It's a small audience (4-6 people) so you are shown quite a bit.

Yea - a few times. On the Maury Povich show back in the day (just in the audience not a guest - lol)
Then I was interviewed about the LIRR and that ran on Channel 12 news.
Also over the summer last year I got my friend a front row spot when Rob Thomas was perfoming on The Today Show. They caught me singing and dancing a few times. I think that's all.

We were on MSG a couple of times at Knicks games (yes, I'm a fan  ). DH's uncle has season tix on the floor behind Bloomberg.

You know when you are watching The View...and they have an audience member say whats coming up next? Well, it wasn't me, but it was my friend sitting right next to me who spoke. It was pretty cool.

I was on our local TV station once, but that doesn't count since no one outside our town can see it.
When DH was a Federal Marshal, he was on the news all the time.

Yes, I was in the halftime show (dancer) of the Pro Bowl in 1999 and I was on TV when my highschool football team made it to the LI championships and I was on the dance team.
ETA My sister in law was on Dawson's Creek several times

No but DH's band played a set for a public access channel about 8 years ago. We actually cought it being replayed the other day.
