Weigh in- if you are sick, do you skip?
Basically been sick for past 4 days and def have not followed a ww plan.
Im btr but still weak and weigh in is today.
I mean the truth is I barely ate and know this weigh in would mean nothing in the event that it wasnt a real good wk.

If you are still sick I say skip it and go either tomorrow or Saturday. If you are thinking of skipping because in the back of your mind you know you've had a bad week I would go. The times you most don't want to weigh in are the days that you really should if you know what I mean.

I would weigh in but just make a note on your tracker or something that you were sick that week.

I had the flu on a Sunday and weighed on that Wed and i was 2.5 less! SO no, if you barely ate, i would DEF weigh in!
