I dont have any advice except to say talk to your doctor- I am planning on doing that- I read an article on being bi-polar and it seemed to have some of those symptoms that you mentioned- and that I have- so I am gonna ask the doctor

I have suffered from anxiety attacks since I was 20, I am not sure that is what you have but I do know it made and can make me extremely irritable. If you want to FM me to talk please do!

I have recently found out that 2 of my friends are on anti-deppresants. It seems like a lot of people are going through times like these and having unbalanced emotions- (including myself).
