I'm out....
AF showed up this morning. I am so mentally exhausted from this journey  Can it be called a journey if you have gotten nowhere? I had a mini meltdown this morning to DH. He kept saying that he wasn't giving up hope til AF showed and I had to explain to him that the meltdown was the beginning of her showing up. Poor thing, he tried. We will keep trying, because we won't give up, but I would be lying if I said I am so beaten down.  Thanks for listening

Totally understand. Totally normal.
And yes, it is a journey...........ton of emotions involved when AF appears after each month when all the timing is right, when all the right foods are eaten, when all the vitamins are taken..........when all the tests come back normal..........its a huge discouragement.

I feel exactly like you. It has been 10 mos for me and I already have a DS which was conceived no problem. So far all of my infertility tests have been absolutely normal and still 10mos of consistent hope, followed by disappointment. It kills me and puts me in such a bad mood.
It's terrible but I also feel "exhausted and beaten"

you aren't alone... a lot of us on here are going through all kinds of emotions with all of the ttc business; and it is incredibly frustrating when AF shows. it's nice that your DH tries to help (mine tries too), but I'm not sure if our guys quite get what is going on  ...

TTC is definitely an emotional rollercoaster. I never expected how bad it would be a times but the silver lining is that every month gives us renewed hope that it WILL happen for us one of these days.
