Re: easy cream pasta salad/macaroni salad?
These are "eye-balls"
1 box farfalle 1 bottle of Ken's Peppercorn Ranch 1 pint of grape tomatoes (or cherry) 1 container of goat cheese grilled chicken (or no meat)
boil pasta, add about 1/2 the container of goat cheese and 1/2 the bottle of dressing. Mix in the tomatoes and chicken (and red onion if you like)
Refrigerate for an hour. Add more dressing/cheese if you want after it has settled.

Re: easy cream pasta salad/macaroni salad?
I have made pasta salad from scratch for family gatherings several times, but the one that gets the best reviews is the boxed Suddenly Salad Ranch & Bacon mix from the supermarket! Eveyone raves about it! Go figure!

Re: easy cream pasta salad/macaroni salad?
I don't have a specific recipe. If you like olives you will like this.
1 box of elbows 1 purple onion chopped 1 Red Pepper 1 Green pepper 1 can of Black olives 1 jar of green olives Mayo Salt & Pepper Onion Powder
I cook the elbows let them cool add mayo, cut up the olives and onions and peppers. Mix together add Mayo salt & pepper and onion powder to taste. Let sit in fridge for about 5 hours to get nice and cold. May need to add more mayo before serving.
