FH got a quote from State Farm today but since I am a first time homebuyer I wanted to have another company to compare it to

Liberty, bundled with our car insurance. Best rates - they beat State Farm by like $500/year for the combo I think. Also I called a few independent reps and Liberty beat them by a couple hundred each.
I compared apples to apples --- making sure each company quoted me for the exact same coverage. I went line by line with each company I called.
