My video monitor is out of control...
I have the safety first video monitor. When I try to lower the volume, it stays loud. I think the dial may be broken. Also, when I finally get the volume lower, it magically gets louder all by itself!
 Can I bring this back to BRU??

I shop at BBB, but I'm sure if you took it back to BRU and told them what happened to it they wouldnt have a problem taking it back for you. I would see if they have the summer infant video monitor, I never had a problem with it.

The company sent me a return label and I shipped it back for a replacement. When I get the new one Im going to return it to BRU for store credit. I got the Summer one and it is much much better!!! Try calling Dorel........
btw bru told me the would give me a new one without the box.....
