Did my first couch to 5k run!
It was fun! The music kept me focused, and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I'm actually looking forward to my next run!

I did my first run this morning and it was great!!! Not 1/2 as bad as i thought it was going to be.
I found a podcast that uses Pop & Hip Hop Songs instead of Techno & Dance. This really helped me get through it!

Techno beats, but I love techno for exercising.
