Is 11x13 big enough for a king size bed with other furniture (like a dresser)

I don't think so....my room is 12x16 and we have a Queen....I think a King for us would have been too big with the other furniture. DD's room is 11x12 and she has a full.

not really sure. we have a 16x12 master & our king bed fits nicely with an armoire, 2 night stands & my long dresser (pictures in album). we still have plenty of room to walk around but I think if the room was smaller, it would be tight

i don't know if it would be big enough for a king size bed. It's funny, our house has a 11x13 master bedroom as well and i am worried about how we will even fit our full size bed in there with furniture. If you really want to be sure you can get graph paper and measure all your furniture and try to fit it in to scale in the drawing. Don't forget to account for where windows and closets are. that also makes a difference

you can go to bob's website. they have a room planner where you can input the size of the room and the size of the furniture and then see how much room you have left. hth!

Same here....
I THINK ours is 19x13 with a king bed, 2 night stands, chest at the foot of the bed, chevel mirror, long dresser & tall dresser and couldn't fit much else
I have pics in an album I think.
