Zumba anyone?
This is my new favorite exercise. My Mom got me hooked and now I try to go as frequently as I can. There is a great class by me (I don't live on LI anymore). Any one else take these classes?

I teach Zumba - as well as other cardio dance classes. Such a fun workout and we usually burn around 500 calories in my class. It's one of my favorite cardio workouts because it's so much fun and I'm distracted and can work really hard.

I LOVE this class. I only like it with this one particular instructor because I love the music she plays and I like the steps. I finally can keep up with the class

I love Zumba - I was thinking when I have the time I wanted to teach - I am pursuing all of my certifications that I let lapse... I had soooo many

I was thinking about trying it at my gym. I do cardio kickboxing on the weekends and though this might be fun too.
