My dh is a mortgage broker and a real estate agent and we are beginning the house hunt next week probably.
So I guess it is a pretty good time considering he knows the business in and out and feels like it is the best time for us as well

ABSOLUTELY! Right now is a great time to buy. I wish we waited Kariss...We bought in Merrick @ the height of the market. If only we had waited 1 more year!
