Ladies on WW- Just point diet or Excersise as well?
1st week in....and since I do have a DD and not much time....I dont incoporate excercise in but sticking in my daily points. I did walk the mall yesterday, A lot and in heels. does that count? LOL
I def intend on some walking soon, me and a co worker will do that on days its nice and DRY. We have a nice 1 1/2 mile walk to work.
Without the excercise....Will I see a difference anyways?
Are you all doing both?

the difference will be much greater if you exercise.
i notice a difference on the weeks i don't exercise.

You will lose weight just going by points alone but exercise is just a necessity IMO. I know for a fact I could never in a million years maintain my weight without exercise.

ditto! And, whatever the exercise is...just get your heart rate up. Maybe try doing things that you enjoy. Dancing, kick boxing, etc. They have great tools now that you can use in the comfort of your own home, such as exercise on demand.

I do both. The day I joined WW I actually joined the gym and I haven't looked back.
Start small...the walks sound perfect. And yes the heels count!

I started WW online in January and I've lost 17 pounds so far. I haven't done one drop of exercise because, as you said, I have DS, work full time, and just don't have time right now.
I know if I did exercise, I'd be losing faster and feeling better, but I'm doing what I can... I'm sure I'll come to a point before I hit my 40 pound goal, when I will stop losing and will need to step things up and exercise, but for now, I am losing.

I started WW back in 2007, dropped it after my wedding, and then picked it up again this past January. Since January I've lost 26 pounds, and since originally started I've lost 46 pounds. I haven't exercised while doing WW, so this is all just from sticking to the points.
I think exercise is the key to maintaining the weight loss and I know I will need to incorporate it in order to keep losing. I honestly saw better visual results when I was going to the gym 3-5 times a week and wasn't dieting or weighing myself. This was about a year before I started doing WW.
