Well my next door neighbor, the one that is always doing things at night is outside as we speak digging a trench from his house to the street. Yes he is still out there digging on our non lit street at 9:16 at NIGHT.

My new neighbors behind us are in the backyard sitting next to a fire pit that is up against a tree and are roasting marshmallows, drinking and holding flashlights. The flames are HIGH and like I said next to a tree. Should make for a fun night- fire and drinking.

I don't understand we have NO luck with neighbors.

this is part of the reason that you say "you buy for your neighborhood" but you have no idea what the neighbors are like! you can get weirdos in the best or worst neighborhoods!

we all have them.

my one neighbor was that best! then, he got a slight case of alzheimers so he walks around his yard and just looks around. to anyone else, he'd look way wacko, but... he's not. just starting to lose his mind. it's sad.

Sadly they both moved in after we did.

I'm sorry that you have such strange neighbors...I guess I should be thankful I only have one - and he doesn't even live there fulltime!
