Disgusted!

So did any of you watch the special on puppy mills last night on animal planet. I'm disgusted. Its absolutely a disgrace what they do to these poor animals. I just wish I would have known better because we bought our dog from a pet store. Luckily she was fine, was never sick, etc. but I will never buy from a pet store again..big mistake. I feel guilty even that we were so naive.

I didn't see the particular one but have seen plenty of shows about puppy mills. It is truly disgusting. I was naive too but when I learned about the mills, we adopted. I actually get mad now when I hear of people buying pets but I'm trying to accept that people do what is best for them. I'm happy you saw it will reconsider pet stores with your next family member!

I just wish I woiuld have known this ahead of time. It makes me upset to think that my little girl may have been treated badly. I just don't understand how I did not know this..i must live under a rock!

I didn't see it but I know enough about puppy mills to know what you saw. It's very sad and maddening, at the torture these dogs are put through.
