Taco toppings
What do you put on your tacos?

lettuce tomato cheese guacamole black beans.
unless I am having Guatamalan tacos (which mexicans call flautas)
which is tomato sauce grated cheese and lettuce.
sour cream and guac on the side.

For ME it's normally:
chopped onion
tomato
cheese
minced cilantro
taco sauce
sour cream.
I put all of the above out with slices of lime, refried beans, chopped black olives, jalepeno wheels and hot pepper sauce when I cook them.
Recently we started making 'double tacos'. We spread re-fried beans on a soft shell and 'adhere' it to a hard shell - then fill the hard shell with meat and all the good stuff!

I make Spanish Rice and refried beans and chop lettuce if a few people are coming over, not for just DH and I.
