You're really going out of your way! That's an awesome idea. Where do you live?
If we're really going to do it, maybe easter/passover week will be the best because all the teachers will have off, and maybe the mommies in the neighborhood will bring their kids by, esp if we have toys and sweets to sell. Maybe we can get a party planning vendor to donate some kind of children's entertainment, to get a bigger draw for parents.
