Scale to weigh myself

My scale broke & I don't have to money right now to buy a new one. But I am starting my new diet & the couch to 5k program today.

I need to weigh myself so I have the correct starting weight. The last time I was weighed was at the doctor's office back in Feb.

Any suggestions? Do you think I can go to a walk in clinic just to be weighed? I am a member of WW online. Do you think I can just go to a WW center to be weighed until I can buy a scale?

Re: Scale to weigh myself

I can't see a problem with going into your doctor's office to use the scale. Also, I see a baby in your avatar - could you use the pediatrician's scale? (I had to do this last week to weigh DS while he was crying)

Not sure about the WW thing - but I would imagine if you have a membership number they would weigh you. Besides, the people that work there are usually very kind and encouraging to weight loss, I bet they would weigh you without a membership number.

Do you have a friend or neighbor that you can ask to use their scale?
